Mac Millan have been nominated for Designer of The Year award at the prestigious second-annual Scottish Fashion Awards.

Designed to reflect the glamour and diversity that defines Scottish fashion talent, the evening will include a VIP reception in Stirling Castle's Chapel Royal, followed by the
awards program hosted by TV personality Jenni Falconer inside Stirling Castle's Great Hall.

This year's judging panel included Kate Phelan, fashion director of British Vogue; Hilary Alexander of The Daily Telegraph; Brigitte Stepputtis, head of couture at Vivienne Westwood; Brian Rennie, fashion designer and former Escada creative director; Jennifer Uner, founder of theL.A. Fashion Awards; Gary Van Dis, vice president, corporate creative director, at Condé Nast USA; Merle Ginsberg, West Coast contributing editor of Fashion Week Daily and editor of Genlux magazine; photographer Albert Watson; Janette Harkess, deputy editor of The Herald; and Jamie Fraser, managing director of Hamilton & Inches.
